Ivanka Trump at the G20


Ivanka Trump, daughter of US President Donald Trump was spotted at the G20 Osaka Summit, shocking many as to why she was there. She was not an official representative of the United States and only gotten clearance after her father Donald Trump overruled all objections to let her in. Clearly, none of the world leaders were taking her seriously.

Lee Hsien Yang, the brother of Singapore’s Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, was spotted at Pink Dot on June 29, 2019 together with his family. His son Li Huanwu and his husband Heng Yirui were also spotted and the family took a family photo together.

48-year-old actress Jeon Mi-seon who starred in popular television dramas such as The Moon Embracing The Sun and Love In The Moonlight was found dead in a hotel in an apparent suicide on Saturday (Jun 29).

1.7M Singaporeans will receive S$1B in GST vouchers and MediSave top-ups


A press statement from the Ministry of Finance mentioned that a total of 1.7 million Singaporeans will be receiving notices by July 5 concerning their 2019 MediSave top-ups and GST Voucher (GSTV) benefits. In total about $1B is budgeted and these benefits will be received between July and November 2019.

"The free unlimited data roaming in Malaysia and Indonesia are just one of the many product enhancements it is launching", TPG's executive chairman David Teoh said.
