Singapore operator Singtel has introduced a digital self-registration service for prepaid customers, a first in Singapore, allowing them to register their new prepaid SIM cards on their mobile phones and activate their mobile service anywhere, anytime. According to Singtel, the self-registration process can be completed within 5 minutes.
